There have been many politicians voicing their opinions regarding the presidential race. While some have projected Joe Biden as the winner of the 2020 race for the White House, others argue that this is far from over. Sen. Lindsey Graham sat down with Fox News to discuss what’s been going on in the world of elections and if the President should concede defeat or not.
“If Republicans don’t challenge and change the U.S. election system, there will never be another Republican president elected again. President Trump should not concede. We’re down to less — 10,000 votes in Georgia. He’s going to win North Carolina. We have gone from 93,000 votes to less than 20,000 votes in Arizona, where more — more votes to be counted,” Sen. Graham said.
Sen. Graham warned that not pushing this election would be a disaster for the Republican Party. The computer systems in many states, including Michigan, have been coming up suspicious. A Michigan GOP chairwoman claimed there was a “software glitch” that tallied thousands of Republican votes as Democrat in several Michigan counties. Ballots have been found in dumps, marked with the wrong information, backdated, and traded for cash. The entire system would be marked for error if even one ballot wasn’t properly analyzed or marked.
Sen. Lindsey Graham has been one of the President’s closest allies and the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. He won his reelection this year in one of the tightest races in U.S Senate history and has been defending the motion to file lawsuits in several key battleground states that Biden supposedly won.
Other Republicans, such as Sen. Mitt Romney, have suggested that President Trump should “give up” and let the Republican Party enter its next chapter.
If people have learned anything about President Trump in the last four years, they should have learned that he’s a fighter for the American people. If there has been fraudulent activity occurring, he’ll protect the people’s vote.
